Do I have to Go Green?

Yes. Well, no. Not right now. But some government agencies have started to impose taxes on businesses directly related to the pollution they create. The agency in the San Francisco Bay area that regulates air pollution has voted to impose a 4.4 cent charge per ton of carbon dioxide emitted by local businesses.
